  • VALUE-BASED PRICING: As IP HILLS is a client-centric company, its price is set based on the customer perceptions of the value of the IP service. We offer the right combination of quality and excellent service at a fair price.
  • DYNAMIC PRICING: Neither customers, nor situations are the same. Therefore we are open to discussing pricing models with our clients, consequently deciding on any model that creates a long-term win-win situation for all parties involved.
  • HOURLY RATE: Hourly rates depend on the value of the IP service and the experience of the IP HILLS expert involved.
  • MAXIMUM PRICE: At all times we want our clients to have a grip on costs. Therefore we are willing to cap the price at an estimated maximum for the entire process.
  • TRANSPARENCY ON COSTS: Certain IP services, such as filing a patent application, result in additional costs, for example filing fees, translation costs and renewal taxes. We aim to provide a transparent view on the total investment over the lifetime of an IP service. Furthermore we transfer refunds or fee reductions from IP offices entirely to our clients.
  • COST-EFFICIENT APPROACH: Whether by challenging your approach or strategy, proposing to have a meeting at our premises (to avoid travel costs) or even discussing what you can do yourself, we always think cost-efficiently on behalf of our clients.
